# Fix Build and Access Issues

> Troubleshoot compilation failures, project access problems, invite issues, and stalled auth flows in LaTeX Cloud Studio.

Use this task guide when something blocks you from working normally in the app.

## Build Problems

1. Check the first real error in the compile output.
2. Confirm your main `.tex` file and file paths are correct.
3. Re-run the build after each targeted fix.
4. Use AI-assisted fixes when the problem is clear but tedious.

## Access Problems

If the project does not open:

* make sure you are signed in
* retry the login flow if auth stalled
* confirm the project still exists
* confirm that you still have access

## Invite or Collaboration Problems

* verify the owner is sending the invite
* check the email address
* confirm collaboration is available for the plan in use

## GitHub Problems

* reconnect GitHub if the token expired
* confirm the selected branch
* review conflict details before forcing any sync
