How Collaboration Works Today
Share a project
- Open the project.
- Use the collaboration/share workflow.
- Invite an editor by email.
- Monitor active members and pending invitations from project settings.
Leave comments
- Add comments in the editor workflow.
- Review them in the comments panel.
- Edit, delete, or reply to your own comments when needed.
Recover work
- Open the version-history workspace for file diffs and restore actions.
- Use snapshots or labeled versions to mark milestones before risky edits.
What Is Not Canonical Here
- This page does not document public viewer/commenter-only roles as the main app permission model.
- Threaded review systems, suggestion mode, and broader roadmap collaboration concepts remain separate from the canonical live workflow described here.
