Compilation Problems

Check these first:
  • Review the compilation output and reported line numbers
  • Confirm the selected compile engine matches your document needs
  • Look for missing braces, unclosed environments, or misspelled commands
  • Re-run the compile after applying fixes or AI-assisted edits

Access and Authentication Issues

If a project will not open:
  • Confirm you are signed in
  • Retry the login flow if authentication stalls
  • Check whether the project exists and you still have access
  • Ask the project owner to confirm your invitation or role

Collaboration Issues

If invites or collaboration do not work as expected:
  • Verify the project owner is sending the invite
  • Confirm the collaborator email is correct
  • Recheck current plan requirements for collaboration access
  • Reload the project if presence or comments look stale

GitHub Sync Issues

If repository sync fails:
  • Reconnect GitHub if the token or connection expired
  • Check the selected branch
  • Review any reported conflicts before forcing a sync
  • Fall back to ZIP export if you need an immediate portable copy
