Welcome to LaTeX Cloud Studio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LaTeX Cloud Studio platform and services operated by HiroX Software Solutions.
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using LaTeX Cloud Studio, you confirm that you:

8. Payment Terms
Subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings
Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable except:

- As specified in our refund policy
- At our sole discretion
Price Changes
We may change our prices with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIROX SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HiroX Software Solutions from claims arising from:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Traunstein, Germany, unless otherwise required by law.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

- Sending an email notification
- Displaying a notice in the service
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
16. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HiroX Software Solutions.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or successor.
